Burberry is celebrating its iconic trench coat with an in-store experience at its Siam Paragon store in Thailand. The experience, open from 10 - 23 July, presents the history and evolution of the Burberry trench coat, showcasing the expert craftsmanship behind it. The experience includes:

A display of Burberry gabardine, the enduring weatherproof fabric from which the Burberry trench coat is made, which was invented by Thomas Burberry. The display includes trench coat imagery from the Burberry Archive, replica Burberry Archive garments and archival trench coats from past runway collections showcasing the evolution of the trench coat over the years.

A display showcasing the most detailed parts of the construction of the iconic design. Customers will have the opportunity to monogram their own trench coat with two letters in hand-applied goldwork cording.

"The Portrait Studio”, a purpose built photography set, first introduced at Maker’s House as part of the Burberry February 2017 show will also be in-store. The Portrait Studio will allow visitors to become part of the new February collection experience, with the opportunity to share their images through social media.

Also available in-store is Burberry’s latest February collection, first unveiled in full on the runway as part of London Fashion Week earlier this year. All menswear and womenswear looks are available to purchase in-store and online globally.

The experience is open to all visitors at the Burberry Siam Paragon store during store opening hours (10am-9pm) until 23 July.
