This season Diesel takes a trip through the building blocks of the brand’s iconic style. Mixing rock, denim, military and sport, the results are a new, high-energy flavour.


“I started the collection with the idea of the stadium: concerts, sports, where people gather and have fun,” explains Artistic Director Nicola Formichetti. “Rock style is interpreted in a pop way and the clothes are almost like a uniform.”

 

Military classics are paired with fashion blues creating new hybrids. Different camos are pieced together, ‘parachute’ strap details run across bomber jackets and MA-1 sleeves are jointed onto sweatshirts. Royal Indigo denim, the luxury of dark, has a multilayered blue/black wash. Exclusive embroideries with a ‘handwork feeling’ have been created by a tattoo artist, featuring panthers, skulls, eagles, snakes and flags with the mantras ‘Get Up, Question Everything’ and ‘Fall Seven Times, Get Up Eight’.

 

 

Shearling outerwear has contrasting leather detail and a premium feel, whilst fleece in different colours is patchworked together as sweatshirts.

 

 

 

APPAREL

 A lively celebration of Diesel’s signature rebellious, youthful soul, POP ROCKK reworks rock ‘n’ roll elements with an optimistic, pop attitude. Infused with a sense of camaraderie, the lineup is focused on a bold combination of bright colors, graphics and contrasting fabrics.  Star motifs are a leitmotiv appearing on biker jackets coming in green, white and red – an homage to the Italian flag -, as well as on a range of knitted sweaters and showing graphics echoing soccer scarves. The boundaries between daywear and evening wear.

 

 

Sport and activewear’s elements are incorporated in NITE SPORT, a sharp, urban lineup with a dark, nocturnal feel. The combination of black and white enhances the graphic appeal of sweatshirts, t-shirts,  as well as sweatshirts with detachable parts. In keeping with Diesel’s iconic energetic, dynamic spirit, the “More Noize” emblem embellishes a range of casual pieces from sweaters to t-shirts worn under reversible leather jackets and peacoats. 

 

 

DENIM

A leader in the denim wash business, Diesel brings its research and innovations to the next level with ROYAL INDIGO. This an exclusive wash obtained by layering indigo denim with multiple shades of black and dark blue for a luxurious, sleek and sophisticated effect. The denim pieces featuring the Royal Indigo wash come with a distinctive Diesel flag. 

 

 

Diesel, which is a pioneer in the stretch denim market, enlarges its offering of hyper comfortable JOGG JEANS. This season, the brand introduced a range crafted from a new soft fabric with a silky effect guaranteeing sharper, more refined silhouettes. 

 

 

The brand continues introducing NEW SILHOUETTES. The Chino, available in both a slim and carrot fit, is presented in unconventional, bold washes. New additions include The New-Cheyenne for men and women’s The Ceendhy. The former is an updated, cleaner version of Nineties’ jeans with a regular fit, while the latter is a cropped and high-waisted style with a comfortable fit. 

 

 

Diesel introduces new SEASONAL WASHES for the fall/winter season. A heritage look is obtained with shades of black and grey combined with abrasions and repairs, while Blue Eyecons is a luxury denim range, crafted in Italy, featuring jeans in classic indigo hues.
